Debit Card Fraud Center

At Northeast Bank, your security is a top priority. In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we have an alert system for potential debit card fraud. The system includes actionable emails, texts and automatic phone calls to expedite the identification of fraudulent card transactions. Your card may already be blocked before you are contacted.

If you are contacted by the Fraud Center, please respond to confirm whether the identified transaction(s) is fraudulent or not. 

Emails and text messages are sent 24/7. Calls will only be placed between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time for the address we have on file for you.

Please make sure that you keep your Cardholder contact information updated at the bank so that fraud identification efforts can be effective.
