Belva and Walter Rasmussen Community Room and was created to allow Northeast Bank to share its facilities with the community.
The Walter C. Rasmussen Community Room
This community room is located at our Minneapolis office with its own entrance located off of Marshall Street. The room capacity is limited to 50 guests for daytime events and 120 guests for evening events. Hours of availability are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. A $250 refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings.
Criteria
These community rooms are available FREE of charge to businesses and community groups that meet at least two of the following three criteria:
- Non-profit organization
- Located in our trade area
- Currently bank with us

For more information and to check on available dates, please complete the Room Reservation Request Form. Once we receive your reservation request, a person from our Marketing Department will contact you regarding room availability. Do not include confidential information.
