Lost or stolen debit cards should be reported immediately by calling our Minneapolis office at 612-379-8811 during banking hours. Outside of banking hours, please call our toll-free 24-hour Telephone Banking number at 1-844-628-9807 and select option 4 (Card Services).
You can also access your account through online banking or our mobile app by selecting dashboard and then card management. You will be able to toggle your card on and off, set up alerts, and report your debit card lost or stolen.
