There’s a basic version at no cost. Premium version adds enhanced features and costs $8.99/month.

How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption. Your personal info is not sold. See our privacy policy.
 

How often is credit score updated?
Free plan: monthly / quarterly; Premium: weekly (or whatever frequency you set).

What if identity theft happens?
Premium users have access to identity restoration services.
 
 

How do I access everything in one app?
Clients can log in via My Northeast Bank online banking or the mobile app to see all features - credit, identity, subscriptions, all in one dashboard.

What happens if my info is found on the dark web?
You’ll receive immediate alerts with guidance on how to protect your information.


How does personal info monitoring work?
The app monitors multiple sources and notifies you of any suspicious activity to help reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft.


Can I cancel subscriptions through the app?
Yes! With the Premium version, the app helps you identify and cancel subscriptions you no longer need. It only provides visibility into subscriptions that are being debited from your Northeast Bank checking accounts.


Do I need a separate tool for budgeting?
While My Financial Health does not provide budgeting tools, we plan to introduce some free services to help in that area later this year.

We will be launching Transaction Enrichment, which converts cryptic transaction data into clear, recognizable merchant names, logos, and spending categories, as well as a Spending Wheel for a simple, interactive visualization of your spending habits. These services will also be available right in your My Northeast Bank online banking and mobile app – reducing the number of apps and subscriptions you need. 


Is my data secure?
Yes, Northeast Bank and our partners follow strict security protocols to keep your information safe.


What’s included in the Premium upgrade?
Premium offers several additional features including:

  • enhanced monitoring,
  • identity restoration and identity theft insurance,
  • advanced alerts for extra peace of mind,
  • the ability to cancel subscriptions,
  • access to see all your federal student loans and evaluate your repayment options,
  • a tool to help renters build or establish their credit history through rent reporting.

How do I cancel or enroll in My Financial Health?

You can downgrade from the Premium version to the free Basic version, and you can also unenroll from all My Financial Health services through the Manage Account menu option in the My Financial Health widget in our digital banking platform (once it is available).

  • Dark Web monitoring consists of searching for up to 3 Social Security numbers, 10 driver's licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 10 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs. We partner with Constella Intelligence who searches thousands of internet sites where it is suspected that consumer's personal information is being bought and sold. Constella Intelligence regularly reviews and adds new sites to search; however, there is no guarantee that Constella Intelligence will be able to locate and search every possible internet site as some sites are not published and frequently change. 
  • Data Broker sites are sites that trade personal information for profit - names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers and more. As a result, consumers are at risk of identity theft, financial hacks, account takeovers, spam, robocalls, and physical threats including stalking, harassment and doxing. Please note that the list of Data Broker sites being scanned may change as we do not crawl all Data Broker sites.
  • $8.99 will be debited from your account when you enroll, and then monthly until you cancel.
